These terms govern your use of Vantage, operated by Dom Cowen (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Vantage, you agree to them. If you are using Vantage on behalf of an organisation, you are agreeing on its behalf and confirming you have authority to do so.
The service
Vantage is a product-development platform: strategy, ideas, roadmaps, planning canvases, delivery tracking, and related tools, delivered as software-as-a-service. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly (via our contact page) if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Vantage for anything unlawful, or that infringes anyone else’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to Vantage, other accounts, or organisations you’re not a member of;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to circumvent security or rate-limiting controls; or
- reverse-engineer Vantage except to the extent the law gives you the right to.
We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Your content
You (or your organisation) own the content you put into Vantage. You grant us the license we need to store, process, and display it back to you and your organisation in order to run the service. When you delete content, your account, or your organisation, we delete it per our privacy policy.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cycle shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal in your account settings at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Third-party AI providers
AI features send what you submit to a third-party provider — Anthropic or OpenAI, directly or via a Microsoft Azure AI Foundry endpoint — using your organisation’s own API key where one is connected, or Vantage’s own deployment key otherwise. That provider’s own terms govern how it processes what you send it. See our AI use policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Vantage is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Vantage. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using Vantage and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, or terminate the service on reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
If we materially change these terms, we will update this page and its effective date above. Continued use of Vantage after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
